Questionnaire – Start by completing our travel questionnaire so we can get to know your needs, preferences, and vision for the perfect trip.

Consultation – We’ll sit down together to bring your ideas to life and begin shaping your bespoke travel experience.

Booking Fee – To begin the planning process, a 50% custom-planning fee (non-refundable) is required. This can be paid at the consultation or shortly after, and it gives us the go-ahead to create your bespoke itinerary.

Your Bespoke Journey – Once the booking fee is received, you’ll have one week to reflect before we present your full itinerary. You’re entitled to one round of changes to fine-tune your trip. After your approval, we’ll proceed with all bookings on your behalf, using your own credit card or bank card for travel payments.

Final Payment – At this stage, the remaining 50% of the custom-planning fee is due. Once this is settled and your travel bookings are secured, you’ll receive your full travel documents, ready for your journey.
